Kristina M. Lashway joined Murphy, Campbell, Alliston & Quinn as an associate attorney in 2019. Ms. Lashway handles civil litigation matters including matters on behalf of public entities and railroad companies.
Prior to joining Murphy Campbell, Ms. Lashway worked in corporate immigration firms where she provided counsel to business-related clients, including multinational corporations, on employment-based and family-based immigration matters. She represented skilled professionals in immigrant and non-immigrant issues, including H and L visas, EB-1 immigrant visa petitions, and adjustment of status applications.
She graduated from George Mason University School of Law in 2013 and from Randolph College (formerly Randolph-Macon Woman’s College) in 2010 with a B.A. in Global Studies (with a Human Rights focus area) and B.A. in French. She is licensed to practice in California and Virginia and before the United States District Court for the Eastern District of California. She is a member of the National Association of Railroad Trial Counsel, Sacramento County Bar Association, Women Lawyers of Sacramento, and American Bar Association.
