Ms. Silver represents private and public clients in personal injury and property damage matters, as well as employment related matters including discrimination, harassment, and retaliation claims. Ms. Silver defends railroad companies in personal injury cases brought under the Federal Employer’s Liability Act as well as passenger claims. Ms. Silver also litigates claims on behalf of public entities for damage to public property and power theft, as well as defending public entities in claims for property damage and employment related matters.
While attending law school, Ms. Silver served as a member of the Moot Court Honors Board as Vice-Chair and as the Vice-President for the Jewish Law Students Association. She also was one of the founding Board Members of the Craft Beer Law Association at McGeorge School of Law. In 2019, Ms. Silver was named as the McGeorge Appellate Advocate of the Year and was made a member of the Order of the Barristers.
Ms. Silver is admitted to practice in the State of California and before the U.S. District Court for the Eastern District of California.
