Timothy N. Zamanigan joined Murphy, Campbell, Alliston & Quinn as an Associate Attorney in 2018. He practices general civil litigation for both private and public entities. A primary focus of his practice is working with public entities to recover for damage to public property and for power theft.
Mr. Zamanigan earned both his J.D. and B.A. from the University of California, Davis, establishing himself as a “Double Aggie” and a Sacramento local. At King Hall, UC Davis’s School of Law, he graduated with a certificate in the Public Service Law Program, having focused his curriculum on community work and the public sector. During his time there, he served as a Managing Editor of the Journal of International Law & Policy, Class Representative of the Law Students Association, and even President of King Hall’s singing group, Law Cappella.
Prior to joining Murphy, Campbell, Alliston & Quinn, Mr. Zamanigan worked in a variety of legal positions, including internships at the Los Angeles Office of the Attorney General and UC Davis’s Office of the Campus Counsel. Before working at the firm, he spent a year as a Chancellor’s Legal Fellow for UC Davis’s Office of Research, where he worked with faculty to draft research contracts and international agreements.
He is licensed to practice law in the State of California and is a member of the Sacramento County Bar Association, the American Bar Association, and the National Association of Railroad Trial Counsel.
